Marvel Studios has dropped the final trailer for Shang-Chi and the Legend of Ten Rings ahead of the film’s cinematic release on September 3. The latest of Marvel Studios forays into their lesser-known properties, Shang-Chi tells the story of a martial arts master “who is forced to confront his past.” Shang-Chi, raised by his father to be an assassin, is drawn into the Ten Rings terrorist organization. Formed by the Mandarin, the Ten Rings have popped up in the periphery of many previous Marvel Films, but here they get their shot to be the bad guys. Simu Liu plays the titular character Shang-Chi, while Awkwafina, Michelle Yeoh, Tim Roth, Benedict Wong, and Hong Kong action legend Tony Chiu-Wai Leung also appear in the action spectacular.
