Fans of the Dani Rojas narrative in Far Cry 6 are going to adore Hamilton’s IRL Far Cry 6 Khaki Field Titanium Automatic Watch.
Far Cry 6, by Ubisoft, is still a few weeks away from its release date, but the watch by Hamilton is getting eager fans hyped up about the big debut.
The main role goes to Dani Rojas, who is neither male nor female until chosen by the player. The name can’t be changed. The look remains the same despite the player’s choice. The main player has a large part in the plot and is completely voiced throughout the storyline.
Speculation still exists about what role, if any, the gender choice will play in the game, set on a fictional Caribbean island known as Yara. The character comes with a backstory: born and bred in Yara, the capital city, Dani drops out of the military intent on avoiding the revolution and leave town. Instead, the Guerilla movement leads to the Lion’s Den where Antón, the villain, awaits. After getting caught up in the action, all Dani Rojas wants is to liberate the country.
Dani wears a watch during the game, and the timepiece plays a pivotal role in the storyline’s development. Outside of the game world, fans can opt to buy the same watch that Dani Rojas sports, the Khaki Field Titanium Automatic Far Cry 6.

Within the game, the 42 mm titanium piece is also a major cornerstone in the story. It’s where the action starts and is constantly alluded to throughout the battle to destroy the infamous Antón Castillo (the antagonist, played by Giancarlo Esposito of Breaking Bad).
MarketScreener posted a quotation from Game Content Director (Ubisoft Toronto) Omar Bouali: “Hamilton’s Khaki Field isn’t merely an accessory choice or functional asset but is truly integrated into Yara’s history with a connection to the island’s deposed leader.”
Bouali continues, “It’s a small detail that adds immense authenticity to the cinematic world we’ve created.” In other words, it’s a major victory for those who love a good game-IRL crossover.
In the game, the watch boosts the player’s defense stats with a “keeps on ticking” function. The IRL version does the same. Safely guarded in a brushed titanium case, the black vinyl dial draws the eye to the matte center where the game’s famous typography marks the number six.
The military gear inspiration continues with a brown NATO strap in leather and a nubuck leather strap alternative. The changing tool has been designed to embody the game’s patented “resolver spirit.” Extra credit for the leather pouch and advertised eco-friendly packaging.
The details that the team put into the project highlight just how special the piece will be to the game’s fanbase. For instance, the story goes that in 1983, Hamilton survives the attempted assassination of Santos Espinosa’s former ruler. Only 1,983 timepieces will be available.
The technical specifications are equally impressive. It comes with a second strap (with the appropriate tool to make the swap). Powered by an H-10 automatic movement (with an 80-hour power reserve), the watch certainly appears worth its $1,195 USD price tag.
The watch is set to drop the same day the game is to be released, October 7.
